Key Benefits of Panama Friendly Nations Visa
- Simple requirements and simplified procedure.
- In approximately 6 months, the Provisional Residence Permit is obtained for a period of 2 years.
- After the 2 years have elapsed, you will obtain a Panama ID (cédula).
- Spouse, parents and children under the age of 25 may qualify as dependents.

Pensioned Visa (Pensionado)

Maria Virginia Almanza and Gabriel Almanza Jaén, for second consecutive year have collaborated as consultors with the World Bank, in the report the Procuring Infrastructure PPPs 2018, issued by the World Bank Group.
Procuring Infrastructure PPPs 2018 compiles best practices and offers support to the governments around the world to improve the of their regulations and to better deliver infrastructure service through PPPs. The report launched on April 5 in Singapore, in the World Bank-Singapore Infrastructure Finance Summit, a forum organized by the World Bank, with the Financial Times.

Almanza & Almanza visits Panama Embassy in Trinidad and Tobago
On the 27th of July, our partners Gabriel Almanza and Maria Virginia Almanza were invited by their Excellency Carmen Menéndez, Ambassador of Panama in Trinidad and Tobago to the offices of the Panamanian Embassy, in Port of Spain.
An evaluation was made of the Doing Business in Panama Seminar that took place the previous day at ExporTT, the Export Agency of the Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, concluding with a positive evaluation of the activity.
This Seminar brought together more than 80 companies from the industrial area of Trinidad and Tobago, interested in establishing business with Panama.
Our partners also shared a lunch with the Ambassador and staff of the Embassy, where they discussed the possibility of future collaborations between Almanza and Almanza and the Embassy, aimed at encouraging trade between both countries.

Almanza & Almanza speaks at seminar doing business in panama, organized by exportt, in trinidad and tobago
On July 26th, &at the headquarters of ExporTT, Export Agency of the Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, located in Port of Spain, our partners, Gabriel Almanza and María Virginia Almanza, participated as speakers at the Seminar “Doing Business in Panama“.
The count with the participation of her Excellency Carmen Menéndez, Ambassador of Panama in Trinidad and Tobago, and more than 80 exporting companies representing industries such as food, medicines, building materials, cleaning, construction materials, beauty and paper.
The seminar focused on analysing the business opportunities offered by the Panamanian market for imports of products and services. The participation of Almanza & Almanza focused on presenting the Panamanian legal framework for imports. Subjects of interest to exporters were analysed such as, Trademark and Patent registration, Intellectual Property in Panama, Distribution Contracts and Sanitary Registry of products, and establishing a business in Panama.
